The first step is to submit your file online to get a consultation with one of our legal experts. This initial phone consultation is free, and it will give us a chance to learn more about your specific needs. We’ll also be able to answer any questions you might have about our process so we can provide you with the best solution.
Next, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to prepare for your signing appointment.
After your initial consultation, your lawyer will collect pertinent information from you while corresponding with other parties on your behalf to finalize your closing and satisfy any outstanding solicitor conditions. The final step will be to meet with your lawyer prior to final closing, for your signing appointment that can be hosted in-person at one of our office locations, or virtually anywhere in the world. Lastly, the lawyer will register title and send a closing report.
